About NS Agora
NS Agora is a small personal tech retailer focused on consumer electronics. We invite you to checkout our about us page to learn more about us. We offer an ecommerce service, some stock is kept on hand, and other stock is stocked with the supplier. Most of our supplier stock quantities are updated hourly. We have some stock that is updated manually by us each day; however, if an item is out of stock after an order is made, we will try our best to source it, else we will be forced to cancel the order. We can, on request of the customer through our contact us form, source products not listed on our site and assemble bespoke or custom computers for a fee.
Payment
Customers can pay via EFT for a 2.5% discount on the payable amount. Alternatively, we offer card payments via “yoco” as well as “Mobicred” payments through the “PayFast” service. When paying via EFT, the stock is only reserved when the funds reflect in our account. If stock sells out during that time period, we will refund the customer. We provide our banking details, and any error from the customer’s end are the customers responsibility. We will not ship out orders if the EFT is made to the wrong recipient. Card reversals may accompany a processing fee set by “yoco” our payment gateway.
Shipping and Delivery
Our shipping partners are Pargo and The Courier Guy. For items below 15 kg, Pargo is used; else, The Courier Guy handles the order. We will ship out stock the same day when possible but by the next day at the latest. The Pargo shipping times are 2-3 working days, and The Courier Guy’s times are quoted at checkout. All Pargo orders include insurance; however, The Courier Guy’s ones provide optional insurance on items up to R30,000 payable by the customer if they elect for it. Items lost or damaged in shipping that are not insured will not be replaced or refunded by us. We may reach out to customers who have purchased expensive items with additional unlisted insurance or shipping options where possible. Pargo offers customers the ability to collect parcels from one of their over 3,000 pickup points across the nation.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, documents, and software, is the property of NS Agora or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. Any attempt at impersonation of NS Agora pty (ltd) is in violation with our terms and may be met with legal action.
Reviews
Reviews may be deleted at the discretion of our team if they violate our rules. No offensive or vulgar language, no harmful or dangerous statements. Must be on the topic of the item purchased. Any other standard ecommerce rules apply for comments.

Governing Law
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

NS Agora is based in South Africa and sells only within South Africa.
